Selected to Edward James Olmos’ 2005 Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival
The Killer In Me was the first film effort by Thomas R. Monette. It is a short film about a downtrodden man recovering from the daze of committing his first murder. While wallowing in thought about the things and people he has lost, the man’s mind takes him back to his murderous moments where he hunts down a wandering, forlorn woman. Spattered with thoughts of rationality, the man struggles to fend off his dark half which has a deranged agenda of its own.
